  • Water quality monitoring and Surveillance for Zilla Panchayats, Mysore – reported to the UNICEF in September 1998. Tasks included water quality testing & analysis, sensitizing the target group, correlation between health & hygiene, graphical representation of parameters, sanitary inspection reports and training in screening drinking water for bacteriological contamination. Submitted data and analysis in CD format.
  • Water quality monitoring and Surveillance with sanitary inspections and health-hygiene correlation including interaction with Gram Panchayats functionaries and field workers and submitted data and analysis in CD format in HTML format for the following Zilla

  • Monitored the Water quality monitoring and Surveillance with sanitary inspections and health-hygiene correlation with data and analysis in CD format in HTML format

Impact Assessment Analysis

  • Impact Assessment of School Sanitation Program – A survey and Analysis Report executed for Zilla Panchayat, Mysore in February, 2002 covering 902 Lower Primary Schools and 936 Higher Primary Schools over four taluks. The research included interviews with 399 teachers and 239 community members. The same was presented before the Government, PHE and UNICEF bodies on February 2002 at Hotel Golden Landmark, Bangalore. Reports in book and HTML form were presented giving a comprehensive and accurate assessment of personal sanitation, toilet facilities, drinking water status,  environmental sanitation, health & hygiene, TCCPC initiatives and a comparison with the 1995 base-line survey with a focus on the bright spots and weaknesses. The questionnaires scientifically developed by us to accurately extract information with several cross-checks were widely appreciated.
  • Research Project on Impact Assessment of Shishu Samrakshak Portal in six villages of Mysore district. Under this project twelve researchers under the guidance and leadership of well qualified field officers interacted with user groups in a participatory survey. The entire project lasted for over a period of two months. The project included field survey, research, analysis and database design under the supervision of Mr. Rajan Vardha, Asst. Project Officer, UNICEF, Mr. Noah Bessoff, Researcher from USA, Ms Naokob Kataoka, Asst. Programme Officer, UNICEF and other UNICEF officials.
  • Research Project on Impact Assessment of Micro Credit on the ST women in Mysore and Chamrajnagar District included the base line survey and study of the ST clusters, ST Women and their lives before and after availing Micro Credit, their deposit mobilization

through their respective Self Help Groups, Saving and Investment trends, contribution to the total household income and expenditure were studied and the diversification of the their occupation pattern due to micro credit and the resulting investment activities were

analyzed. The whole study is to look at the Impact of Micro Credit and Production Possibility Curve and the Transformation Curve of the ST Women.

  • Field Survey and Research Analysis of 15,000 households for the implementation of 24 by 7 water supply by JUSSCO in Mysore and use the analysis for the further study of Economics of 24 by 7 water supply by JUSSCO and poverty incidence index in Mysore in 2009
